Orders are shipped normally 1-3 business days after an order has been received. Orders received after 2 pm are processed the next business day. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to uncontrollable events (weather conditions, product availability and other conditions). We will however, communicate if these events will delay the shipment of our products to you.

We provide free shipping for order over $200. Just apply the coupon code “FREESHIPPING” when you check out.

returns

Emperor Specialty Foods will replace any returned item(s) that do not meet customer’s expectations. However, Emperor Specialty Foods, is not responsible for products that are left at your door or were sent to the wrong address because of incorrect information provided.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
