Emperor Specialty Foods has membership with Red Book Credit Services since 1988. Red Book website is the first service of its kind for professional produce marketers. It combines the RBCS industry database, late breaking produce industry business news, credit information and online marketing tools to create the world's only comprehensive website designed for those selling fresh produce, products and services.
RBCS members can now quickly create and store prospect files, view the latest list of new industry players, find a company or even locate a person! Fruit and Vegetable Dispute Resolution Corporation
Emperor Specialty Foods is a Founding Member of this Corporation with membership number 142. The DRC is a private, non-profit organization of produce and transportation companies from the three NAFTA countries established in 1999 pursuant to Article 707 of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) which provides for the creation of private commercial dispute resolution organizations for agricultural goods. The DRC is the result of efforts by the North American produce industry and the governments from Canada, Mexico and the United States to create such an organization for fresh fruit and vegetable trade. The DRC was designed to build on existing services in the U.S. and fill a gap for international and domestic transactions in Canada and Mexico.

Canadian Produce Marketing Association
The Canadian Produce Marketing Association (CPMA) is a not-for-profit organization representing companies that are active in the marketing of fresh fruits and vegetables in Canada from the farm gate to the dinner plate. CPMA members include major grower/shippers/packers, importer/exporters, carriers, brokers, wholesalers, retailers, fresh cuts and foodservice distributors, integrating all segments of the fresh produce industry. The CPMA is proud to represent over 670 international and Canadian members who are responsible for 90% of the fresh fruit and vegetable sales in Canada at an annual estimated value of 8 billion Canadian dollars. The CPMA is funded by the industry through voluntary membership and various services, activities and sponsorship programs.

British Columbia Produce Marketing Association
The BC Produce Marketing Association [BCPMA] is effectively a provincial branch of the CPMA with its primary purpose being promotion of the consumption of fruits and vegetables in BC.
British Columbia Chef's Association
The BC Chef's Association was founded in 1958 by a group of dedicated Chef's in the Lower Mainland. They are dedicated to the education of both Junior members and the upgrading skills of Regular members. The Association takes part in annual events including Apprentice competitions, Local & National Conventions & Culinary Salons to publicize and promote the work of the professional Chef's and Cook's in B.C.
