Our Gourmet Forest Mixed mushroom blend is a flavourful combination of Shiitake, Porcini, Oyster, and Wood Ear mushrooms. Dried mushrooms offer highly concentrated flavours which make this blend an excellent choice when looking to add rich and bold tasting notes to your cooking. A little goes a long way!

Suggested Use:

Our Gourmet Forest Mix is an excellent base for stews and saucy meat dishes but can also work exceptionally well with fish and chicken dishes. Try experimenting with the mix by grinding down the mushrooms into a powder and make your own rub for marinating.
